2 Year Headphones & Speakers Protection Plan with Accidents Coverage ($75-$99.99) - Allstate

I received this plan exactly when brought. I haven’t had to use this plan.

I sent in a Turtle Beach headset because the chat mixer button was not functioning correctly. It wouldn’t adjust up or down. They returned it after simply cleaning it, with the issue unresolved. I had to call again and send it back a second time. When I received it again, not only was the chat mixer still malfunctioning, but now the volume button wasn’t working properly either. After doing my own research, I discovered that the headset only needed a firmware update. If these products are truly undergoing an “extensive” evaluation by expert technicians, how was something as basic as a firmware update overlooked? Overall, this has been a complete waste of time. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this coverage plan for electronics.

I like buying protection plans in case something goes wrong. It's good to have piece of mind. It's best to get one if it makes sense. Higher valued items is better to get with.

I'm trying to process a claim for my earbuds and they want me to take it somewhere to have it repaired no where in this area will repair and earbud maybe you really need to find a different warranty company for your electronics

A real pain in the butt to deal with. They don’t give you a refund up front. You’ll have to send product out for repair which takes 2-5 days then if they can’t repair it you’ll get a refund.

Allstate takes your money for service contract, but refers you to manufacturer with a telephone number which doesn’t work. How do I get the headset I purchased online repaired or replaced if Target doesn’t allow you to bring it into the store for exchange? Another example of Target not servicing a customer.

Caution - They make you go to the Apple Genius to get it looked at and then will send you a return in two days.

I did not get an email for mine and search all over for the receipt and I do not see it

Disappointed that I can’t return the warranty. The Beats didn’t suit my needs there for this will not be put to use or needed for anything in the future.

do not get thua product. they will not return it if you return your product

They are a great company and the warranty is really nice. They came through when my headphones broke.

I bought this for My son's birthday present. Hopefully they will last him a few monthsm

All that I expect from JBL. Great sound! Only wish they would be more secure on the move. Good for everything else!

the headphones themselves are awesome - the issue is that they don’t hold a charge. i have brought them to the gym twice with the intention of using them, but each time they were dead before i even turned them on. and that was after having charged them overnight the night before.
