I sent in a Turtle Beach headset because the chat mixer button was not functioning correctly. It wouldn’t adjust up or down. They returned it after simply cleaning it, with the issue unresolved. I had to call again and send it back a second time. When I received it again, not only was the chat mixer still malfunctioning, but now the volume button wasn’t working properly either. After doing my own research, I discovered that the headset only needed a firmware update. If these products are truly undergoing an “extensive” evaluation by expert technicians, how was something as basic as a firmware update overlooked? Overall, this has been a complete waste of time. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this coverage plan for electronics.

I'm trying to process a claim for my earbuds and they want me to take it somewhere to have it repaired no where in this area will repair and earbud maybe you really need to find a different warranty company for your electronics

Its okay.... not worth it on items like that.
A real pain in the butt to deal with. They don’t give you a refund up front. You’ll have to send product out for repair which takes 2-5 days then if they can’t repair it you’ll get a refund.

Target Service Repair Subscriptions Are Worthless
Allstate takes your money for service contract, but refers you to manufacturer with a telephone number which doesn’t work. How do I get the headset I purchased online repaired or replaced if Target doesn’t allow you to bring it into the store for exchange? Another example of Target not servicing a customer.

battery life - unacceptable for price.
the headphones themselves are awesome - the issue is that they don’t hold a charge. i have brought them to the gym twice with the intention of using them, but each time
they were dead before i even turned them on. and that was after having charged them
overnight the night before.
