A: Thank you for contacting IMUSA, once the coffee has brewed to the frother sign on the coffee carafe you must turn the dial to the frother sign and submerge your milk in order to foam it.

Reaaly depends on the type of beans you use, as tamping does let you adjust flow rate. It's a bit of a controversy amongst espresso fans. Some swear by it, others claim it's unnecessary.

Setting it up was extremely simple, its small size makes it ideal for small spaces, and it's also very easy to clean after use. Getting started the instructions are clear and easy to follow, with literally only seven quick start steps, that allows for getting your first cup in exactly 4 minutes. I value my time, as any extremely busy mother of three would; time is of the essence. That's why this little machine is so great; you get the product you want in a small window of time, you can either drink it at home or travel to work with your delicious espresso (wlan absolute must if you're not a morning person, I am not) that will kickstart your day with a great little boost and you get all this in the comfort of your own home, which is great, because not only are you saving time, but you're also saving a tremendous amount of money by brewing your caffeine at home. I know I am now saving myself at least a couple hundred a month this way. Over all, the product is great if you like simplistic machines that don't take a lot of maintenance, this one right here is your winner. I especially love the steam position, which allows for milk to be frothed for my usual afternoon cup of espresso. However, one design that I feel can be improved upon is the knob, it has no stops or clicking indicators, so it can be a bit annoying trying to see if you're in the correct position or not, a small yet important detail that warrants mentioning. All in all, this product is decent, and so I recommend it for anyone who wants to kickstart their journey into the coffee world, and those of you not afraid to be bold and adventurous with your drinks.

All you do is fill it with water, put the amount of coffee you want from the measuring spoon provided and pour it into the filter. Then place the filter into the brewing head, put the knob onto the coffee symbol and wait for a few minutes! I love that I don't have to buy any filters for this and it's easy to clean. Would totally recommend and the only thing I don't like is that you can't brew more at once for when you have more company over.

It provides instructions to make a cappuccino as well. There was almost no or very minimal assembly involved. It comes with a scoop for your ground espresso beans. My only complaint is that I wish it came with a proper tamper. The bottom of the scoop is mostly flat, but it wasn't quite big or strong enough to pack in the coffee. Other than that, this is an awesome basic espresso machine!

This cappuccino maker it's so easy to use, and the instructions are so easy to follow. It takes a little practice to get the froth milk the right texture but it's fun to do it. Another thing that I liked is that is easy to clean because of its size and it comes with a measuring spoon for the right amount of coffee. Overall I really like this product and I definitely recommend it.
