A: Your Essenza Mini machine can brew an Espresso 1.35 ounce, or Lungo 3.75 ounces. However, if you’d like to enjoy a Ristretto, you may program either buttons on the machine to brew at .85 ounces or may press either of the buttons on the machine to brew and once you have your desired pour, you may press that button again to stop the brew. We recommend running the priming cycle through the machine weekly and we also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. A: It is difficult to find a cup to fit under the dispenser unless you remove shelf where the cup sits. I just pour the espresso into another larger cup and add frothy milk.
