First off, it is a great size and looks so sleek in the office. The learning curve on how to use it is pretty straightforward, and everyone in the office has tried and loved their brews. Taste is great, cleanup is easy, and I’m sure this will continue to be put to good use!

Set up and starter directions are pretty clear however, the steamer button and feature is confusing and barely works. It is very compact which is nice and fits well on all countertops!

The reservoir style and minimal buttons makes it less intimidating and so easy to use, even for an amateur like me. My first espresso was delicious and every time I have company I want to start it up and impress them. This takes up little counter space and is perfect for espresso brewing beginners.

The coffee didn’t taste great and I couldn’t steam milk because it did not come with a milk pitcher. I did like the compact size of the espresso machine but overall I don’t see myself using this machine again and would not recommend that anyone purchase it.

This was the first time I ever used something like this. It was so easy to put together and clean. I used a single shot and added froth milk and wow it was amazing. This is what I use a lot now. The directions were easy to follow, so that’s a plus! I just wish there’d been a QR code with an instructional video to watch if needed or something like that.
