I was obsessed with this thing in the beginning then I noticed a glitch where you out water in drains . Idk if it had a whole in the bottom or it leaks ...... then your counter gets all wet it was poorly designed. On top of that it such a small cup of coffee I feel half. I have to put 2 rounds for it to be a full cup

Doesn't work, leaks everything on the counter
I received this as a gift from someone who knows how much I love chais and hot chocolate. Just one problem, I can't make a cup! Something is wrong with the water reservoir and it leaks all over the counter when brewing. Absolutely nothing makes it way in the cup. Total disappointment. And I feel bad for the person who gave it to me for spending money on this. Maybe it's a lemon?
