Great chocolate flavor! I don't typically like protein products as they tend to be chalky or have a weird aftertaste but this one doesn't! I mix it in with one of those mini electric whisks (might technically be a milk frother but I use it for mixing powders) and its an easy yummy way to get extra protein while nursing. I cant speak to the flavor if it was mixed with water or anything else but highly recommend in iced coffee. Doesnt clog up the straw either. Will definitely repurchase!

Cleanest Protein Shake on the Market
I personally have never, ever bought a protein shake before. This was my first one and I did not have any concerns with the ingredient lists. Every other protein shakes seemed to be either overpriced or has some unwanted, unhealthy, and unecessary ingredients. This one also doesn't taste like plastic and actually is quite yummy (a huge plus!). I find myself craving it and my body signaling that I need it, which has been a huge help during pregnancy for protein intake (especially because I struggled with protein intake). I highly recommend!! Also note that I found this in the section alongside breast pump items, it is not in the grocery section. The packaging of the bottle also appears slightly different from the picture but it is the same product.

I think the flavor of this is good and it helps me get in extra protein which I struggle with even more now that I’m a new mom. Don’t necessarily know if it’s impacted my supply but I will keep using it!! Left off a star because when mixing with milk like it states it is a bit grainy in the texture still.

Boosts supply, not safe for pregnancy
What I like: It worked quickly to boost my supply, which is why I bought it. What don’t like: It tastes really weird. It’s not something you drink for enjoyment at all. Also, the label says it’s good for pregnancy. Please do not take this pregnant as the herbs inside are definitely contraindicated during pregnancy. All fine for nursing, but not pregnancy.

Do not buy if you have food allergies!!!
I have a gluten allergy and am avoiding dairy because my first child is lactose intolerant. On the label it says Gluten free and vegan but on the back of the container it states it was made in a facility with almost every known food allergy. I didn’t see this until after I drank It and became VERY ILL. I could not stop throwing up for 3 hours and I’m recovering from a c section so not a good combo. My nursing baby who is lactose intolerant had an upset stomach and was not able to be calmed for hours. This product should not be allowed to state vegan and gluten free while having amounts of both in their product due to cross contamination. Buyer beware if you have any food allergies.

This is the only thing I’ve ever tried that actually works. I’ve tried capsules, cookies, etc. this shake is by far the only thing that works for me. When I feel my supply getting low I drink this before bed, and by morning, I’ve got double my supply. The flavor alone isn’t Nesquik grade chocolate powder lol but if you blend it with a banana, it is much better and makes for a perfect chocolate treat.

I have tasted worse protein shake powders. Seems to be working well. I tied it with milk and I have tried it in water the milk helps the flavor a little. If you don't shake it up everytime or stir it dose separate in water.
