Great investment.
I’ve had them for about 4/5 years. They are great once you learn how to cook on stainless steel. The discoloration others experience is normal and will happen on all brands. You just have to clean it off with bar keepers, pink stuff, or any other harsher cleaner.

A real space saver but need a strong hand
I’ve been using the Calphalon Premier Space Saving set for a while now. The big thing is how much cabinet space it actually frees up — the stacking works way better than I expected. Cooking performance is solid, they heat evenly, and cleaning isn’t a pain. The only downside is the weight; these pans are on the heavier side, so if you’re used to lightweight cookware, you’ll notice it. But overall, if you’re short on kitchen space and don’t mind a little heft, this set holds up really well.

Love this set so much I bought it twice!
I love this set. the flat lid stackable design is perfect for storage in the cupboard, or in the fridge. Can see what's going on in the pan through the glass lids. These are solidly constructed and perform ideally on our induction stove. I wish there were one additional pot slightly smaller in the set. Have them at home and have given them as a housewarming gift to my oldest for his new apartment. Highly recommend!

Dissapointed
Discoloration after first use. Everything burns, no matter how low the heat is.

Great set for smaller storage space
These pots are such a space-saver! We have an older home, and the kitchen is not as storage-heavy as newer homes tend to be. These pots and lids stack easily to fit into a small cabinet. The pota themselves are heavy, and work well for anything you can dream up in the kitchen!

Not like the old ones!
New pans are different. The stainless is brushed instead of smooth. Our new pans are hard to clean and have built up residue after only one use. My original pans were given to us as a wedding gift 45 years ago. They are still being used. We needed a second set of cookware and based on our experience, I purchased the premium collection online sight unseen. It is anything but. I cook a lot and I do not like them and my wife has the same feeling. Do not buy these on line. Go to a store and pick out the perfect brand/design that fits your use.

I have a glass top stove and the pans "rock" and do not sit flat.

Horrible customer service and will not honor warranty on brand new items.
No warranty for a lid that was manufactured incorrectly. Don't by from Calphalon. Will not warranty when it's a manufacturer error.

Ideal.
I just got these and so far I love them and wish Calphalon would do more singles (like a smaller sauce pan like the 1.5 qt or maybe replacements. We’re military (move frequently and often into smaller homes or traveling with bare minimum and we wanted SS bc its less toxic than the non stick. Pls do more stackable stainless steel/space saving stuff.

Worth every penny.
I love these pans. So heavy, such nice quality. My food cooks so much better thanks to the much improved heat distribution over the pans I used to have. These will probably last me the rest of my life. I love them so much I've told everyone I know they should seriously make the move to these pans!

Awesome quality!
The pans and lids are an absolute godsend. I was using nonstick pots and pans that were chipping which was not healthy at all. These pans heat evenly and are such a nice heavy material. Food out of these pans stays warm for a long time. I love the space saving feature with the stacking. I would 100% recommend buying this set to anyone who is on the fence about it. I’m extremely happy with this purchase.

Everything Burns
I wanted to love everything about these. I bit the bullet and ALOT for these. I’ve only used two pans from the set so far but everything burns on the bottom and is a nightmare to clean. I’d had to use enormous of oil to fry potatoes which left them super greasy and I ended up throwing most of them out.

Great Cookware

Terrible cleaning
Cleans terribly, constantly looks not only dirty but filthy. Tried all the recommended cleaning techniques, 1 single use leaves them looking nasty.

We checked the photos you sent in and upon careful review, it appears that your cookware is just exhibiting a rainbow-like discoloration. This discoloration is normal for new stainless steel cookware. Such discoloration may also take place if the cookware is exposed to higher temperatures. As long as the cookware has not been overheated, this rainbow-like discoloration should be easy to remove. (1) Baking Soda, Vinegar, and Dish Soap Solution Mix baking soda and dish soap Scrub the paste on the stainless steel pan Cover the pan with the solution using a kitchen towel Soak the kitchen towel with vinegar Let it sit for 15–30 minutes Then rinse Properly. (2) Use a barkeeper's Friend cleanser and a soft, nonabrasive sponge. (3) To remove the browning Add three teaspoons of soda, pour hot water and cook it for about 15 minutes. Baking soda should dissolve the burnt rests and enables to remove them quickly. For better results, you can also add three teaspoons of vinegar to the mixture of water and baking soda, and cook it for about 15 minutes and to avoid sticking you can use an ample amount of butter or oil.
