I bought this for my daughter and family We all love this 7 cup glass pitcher- worth every penny!! Our tap water tastes amazing now and the little kids are really asking for more! Love having a glass pitcher! Feel confident that the filter is working well. Only concern is that I can’t secure the pouring spout. Is there a way to have it fit securely so I don’t need to hold it down while pouring?

Great filter, could have better design
The filter works great and I love the glass pitcher, but the spout and lid fit in such a way that’s so tight its hard to remove to change the filter/clean the pitcher, and have pinched my fingers multiple times putting it back in. Design could use a little tweaking, would also love to see a stainless steal version for even less plastic

How Do I Return This Product?
I still have the pitcher in the box. I want to return it with the filters I purchased. I checked to see if Life Straw filtration would remove the contaminants in my local water. Alexa said that it need a reverse osmosis system due to heavy metals, chemicals, and dissolved salts found in our local water. Please let me know how to return this product

Very happy with purchase.
The pitcher works well and is nice looking. I recently took it with me on vacation and did teaching had breakfast yetve to purchase bottled water. My sister was with me and she really liked it. The water tastes great.

We love this.
Huge improvement over a Brita. I was concerned that it would be too heavy or break easily but it is nice and does a good job filtering our water. I like knowing our water is safe to drink. We keep a glass carafe and fill it up regularly so we have two containers of water- it does filter slowly but it is with it in my opinion. Also the top makes it very easy to fill.
