After my keurig stopped working suddenly after 5 months of use, I contacted Keurig Warranty. They were very quick to respond and address the situation. After a failed troubleshooting, they shipped a new unit quickly. Im.happy with the service.

I loved my Kuerig Supreme Single serve coffee pot! When it developed a problem, I was so disappointed. I called Kuerig and they assured me that with the proof of purchase receipt, I would get my Kuerig replaced! Within a few days, I received a new replacement Kuerig! And I am happy again !

The concept is good, but since we only use our own ground coffee and paper liner filters, this model was useless to us. The Keira pod adapter doesn’t fit and there are no paper filters that fit this machine. Putting grounds directly into and adaptor pod is incredibly messy and not worth the work to clean. When I called to get a return authorization, the agent said they would send me a prepaid label as an exception to their standard of having the customer pay for the return since I have been purchasing Keurigs for years. The company then did not honor this and insisted that I must pay for the return, which is cost prohibitive compared to the cost of the Keurig. After a couple of emails back and forth, I asked them to elevate my request and stand by the word of their agent, they ghosted me. I find this incredibly disappointing and frankly, dishonest. I would not recommend any Keurig products at this point.

I am so pleased with the excellent service that I received from the KEURIGcompany when I had to contact them after my coffee maker failed me. I had only had this wonderful KEURIG coffee maker eight months when it produced a burning smell when I turned it on and tried to brew a cup of coffee. Nothing lit up on it…. I was puzzled. Since it was under warranty, I received a new coffeemaker once I had shown proof of purchase and followed their directions on the information they sent me. I had a new coffee maker sent to me in less than a week. I was impressed with the turn around time and even happier that I was able to get the same coffee maker as before. I was treated with prompt attention and kindness by the service reps from the beginning to end of this experience. I will highly recommend this company based on how well they stand behind their products.

On my third unit of this model because it keeps dying after a few months. Stay away from this one. They just keep sending me a new unit of the same model with no offer of a free upgrade for my troubles. Won't buy a Keurig ever again.
