not worth the hassle, very bad
As soon as i plugged this machine in, it immediately dispensed all my water. i thought it was a ME issue and i tried to resolve it, but it wasn’t working. i looked on youtube with no luck. when i called the PRIMO customer service they pretty much told me i have to fix it myself via youtube or the internet, mind you this product was not even in my possession for 24 hours. very bad product, very bad customer service from PRIMO. Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT BUY.

I have bought 2 different Primo water dispensers from Target in the last month. The first one arrived DAMAGED. It looked like someone beat it with a bat. The box it was in though was in great shape. So it was damaged prior to packing up. The second one looked great, I was excited & then I set it up and it immediately started draining water all over the floor. I checked all the valves and buttons, nothing was loose or stuck. Returning and getting my money back. Avoid buying water dispensers from Target.

It’s easy to set up! However, when we pour the water… it continues to have a small drop. Ive had to dry up the drip pan continuously, ensured the seals are placed correctly but still, the drip continues. Overtime, it will waste a lot of water. I need to return it and get a different brand or model.

Had the previous model and can no longer find to leave a review. Motor failed after about 2 years. Was great while it lasted.

flooded floor w/ water flowing from dispenser
straight out of box, set up, plugged in, turned on - all displays lit up and loud noise...water flowed from dispenser and would not stopped. RAN TO GET CUP, PAN, BUCKET... UNPLUGGED, TURNED OFF...water kept pouring out. what a mess. pulled 5 gallon water jug out after aprox 3 gallon wasted on floor. I have another one (non-sanitizing) and it was not a problem?

Good When it worked
Worked great for first year. Got noisy and then stopped working shy of 2 years. Thank God i brought the additional 2 yr warranty with AllState. Got my money back. Searching for another brand.

Short Lasting
This dispenser did the job while it was working, but mine quit working just shy of 2 years. I went through Primo customer service and it had to be replaced and the warranty was only for a year. When you buy an appliance you would expect for it to last for quite awhile, so having to buy another and dispose of the old one every 2 years is terrible. I would not recommend this if you're looking for something that lasts.

Dont buy
Had mines for a bit over a year, the machine is constantly running so the nobs freeze. I’m unable to use it for water. It was a waste of money.

Thank you for contacting us, Marissa. If you have not tried it, please turn off all the switches on the back of the dispenser and then unplug the unit. Leave the unit unplugged for 30 minutes to an hour. Then, plug the dispenser back in and turn on the switches and give the dispenser one hour and check the temperature. If this does not fix the issue, please contact us at social@primowater.com so we may provide further assistance.

Item would not stop dispensing hot water. It emptied a 5 gallon bottle all over my dining room. Returning today and buying a different brand. Unfathomable that this passed any kind of quality check to be sold.

Arrived damaged twice!
Not sure if Target gets all damaged machines. I ordered one and it was dents on the door. Ordered a replacement and it arrived dents on the body panel. Now I am waiting for my 3rd replacement and keeping my fingers crossed. The shipping boxes were all okay, no damge so this was shipped damaged from the manufacturer. Each time I had to waste my time and haul the damaged unit back to Target for a refund. It's getting rediculous.

Dont waste your time and money
I did a lot of research on which water dispenser to get and unfortunately this one did not end up meeting the standards. Any time you dispense water hot or cold, there is a very loud sound. Also, I have an alkaline jug installed and the water still has a plastic taste to it and has not gone away. It’s a shame because I got it at a discounted price with a coupon and now I will be returning it and losing the $40 coupon on top of it.

not recommended not for machine but the primo co.
after 12 months the cold water freezes up, called target and primo 5/6 times with negative help, no way to stop is to unplug every day then works for a while till freezes up. its nice but if company don't honor their products or at least replace as a salesman I could not sell these. register it but poor service
