Q: From the pictures, it looks like the lids are not transparent. Is that so? I like to see if my water is boiling, etc.

A: That's correct! Our lids are made from the same material and color as the body of the pans. There is a small steam hole that helps for boiling!

Q: Is this product dishwasher safe?

A: We highly recommend hand washing over dishwasher usage! Dishwasher detergents tend to have harsh ingredients that can aid in the rapid deterioration of the nonstick coating.

A: Their pots and pans scratch even with a hand-washing dish brush. You have to use the absolute softest sponge in the world to clean them.
