Beautiful bottle but not as sturdy as others
This is my third Zojirushi bottle. The first two have been excellent in everyway. This one, however, has had a few issues. I think it got banged against something and jostled the internal cap mechanism. The mouthpiece is loose as a result, although it still seems to be usable. The glittery hello kitty design (whic is gorgeous!) has also shown a few small chips during normal use. We still enjoy the bottle, but for the very high price I would expect it to withstand normal use without compromise. I wish it was as sturdy as my other Zojirushi which I've had longer and still look and function like new. It does have superior temperature retention and easy cleaning, like all Zojirushi.

If you haven't had one of these, they keep drinks perfectly hot, cold, or warm. It's easy to use, easy to drink from, and the cute design just makes it all better.

Keeps Drinks hot for over 7hrs!
So far I have only used my hello kitty bottle twice but I am thoroughly impressed by how hot it keeps my tea. It was piping hot after 7hrs! Also, it’s super cute and easy to take apart to wash. It will be replacing my hydroflask! I bought one for me & one as gift. I definitely would recommend to others and feel confident to give it as a gift now that I have tried it.

Pearl Sheen.... what?!! So pretty
I was on the fence between buying the black or white travel mug. Since the black one was sold out, I took my chance on this one. I was pleasantly surprised to see a pearl sheen to the white, stainless steel portion. It’s beautiful! Happy to have it. Will review again if I experience any issues with it. :)

Hello Kitty Rules Over Yeti!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Hello Kitty stainless mug for my wife. She did not like the Yeti mug I previously purchased for her. In her words, the Yeti was too heavy, too bulky, and did not have an adequate seal to prevent spills. The Hello Kitty fits her hand just right and allows her to place in her purse with no worries for spills. It fits well in her car cup holder and is easy to grab. She enjoys the Hello Kitty graphics and it really brightens her day! We have a Zojirushi rice cooker, so it was a no-brainer when one considers the high quality products from Zojirushi.

Keeps coffee hot!!!!!
This is the best mug ever!!!! I am a collector of cups and this one is the best hands down! It does not leak and keeps my beverages hotter than any cup or mug that I have! I originally bought it because of the hello kitty, but now it is my favorite for a lot of other reasons. Do not hesitate to buy!!

cute! but literally so hot!
ok so i ordered this because it’s hello kitty of course and omg. this thermos keeps your drink SO HOT. like i made tea and tried to drink it and burned my tongue so bad so be careful i recommend that you dont put water thats really hot in here bc it will literally keep it so hot. i opened the thermos 5 hours later and STEAM CAME OUT FROM IT i was so shocked that it was still so hot i do recommend because it’s cute and keeps your drink warm but be careful with it !

I only bought this thermos bottle from your house yesterday for my daughter. I like the pattern very much and the color is also very good, but the quality of the lid of this model is very crisp, and I am very disappointed with the quality of this new model. My daughter is almost crying, she breaks before she does it, she likes it very like design

Love my new mug!
I love my Hello Kitty mug! I am a longtime fan of the Zojirushi mugs, and the Hello Kitty wins my heart all over again! The 12 oz mug is perfect for me now that I've cut down on coffee with my COVID teaching schedule (can't drink coffee while I teach) - I get to enjoy the "forever hot/warm coffee" and get a smile out of looking at the cute design. Cute new water bottle for work
This has replaced my hydro flask and it's so cute! Keeps hot liquids hot and cold ones cold, and stays on my desk at work to make sure I drink more water. I would have bought a larger one if I could, but this gets me up and active more times during the day.
