I like mini eyebrow pencil natural look for filling in my eyebrows. I also like that it is cost effective. However, I don't like that I can only use for a week or less;then I have to purchase several pencils since it breaks easily. I try not to press down very hard when using. Can you offer a suggestion for extending pencil life?

I have been a fan of Brow Wiz for many years, starting out with the Auburn shade and switching to the Ash Brown when I happily turned 'Silver' and it is the perfect neutral/cool shade for gray haired women. I must confess I have strayed wanting to try other brands thinking I'm missing out on something better only to find that eye brow products targeting gray haired women have always been too warm and unnatural looking and dupes claiming to be as good as Brow Wiz but cheaper...you do get what you pay for. The competition's pencil may be thin like Brow Wiz but no brand has duplicated the Brow Wiz formula. Although I use another brand for makeup and skincare, Anastasia's eye brow products and in particular Brow Wiz are staples in my makeup regime. It is the very best in the industry. This has been the only brand I’d use for eye brows for the past 5 years at least, but the last 3 times I’ve bought this, I’ve only been able to use it once or twice before it breaks. It completely stops twisting to raise and lower, so I can’t get anymore out of it. The first time I assumed it was something I’d done, but after the third, I feel like it has to be an issue with manufacturing.

The thin pencil does a good job of mimicking hair. It's great that the pencil rolls up instead of having to sharpen it. I bought two colors close to my hair color and like both of them. Great for travel if you have very limited space. I have dishwater blond hair and bought the blond and taupe colors.

Let me start by saying I LOVE this product! That being said, the last four i have purchased have literally lasted like two weeks becayse theu keep crumbling/breaking apart. At thus price point its getting REALLY old and I dont know that I can justify continuing to purchase.

Fabulous color, good formula, but my gosh the quality of the pencil has gone WAY down. The last three I've purchased have broken and I can no longer use the spooly on the other end. Now I need two products instead of one, completely defeating the purchase. Please, PLEASE, go back to the old product.

I’ve used Brow Wiz for years (probably decades) and I’ve always loved it! It’s been my go-to. But the last THREE I’ve purchased have had the same issue: the brush end breaks off almost immediately. The first time, I thought maybe I was too rough. The second time, I figured it was a fluke. But now, after the third time, it’s clearly a quality issue with the packaging. I hope the issue is addressed - until then, I need to find an alternative.
