Not a smart purchase. I found another French press at Ikea that was $10 and a whole lot cheaper (vs $34). Just the same, too.

You can buy replacement parts!
I loaded it poorly in the dishwasher and it came out with a crack. I've broken so many French presses over the years. But Grosche sells replacement glass beakers and other parts on their website! I wish more companies would sell replacement parts these days.

Great purchase
There are many reasons I find this French press so be superior to other ones. First, upon doing research, it had many positive reviews and many have spoken about the two filter system ( press filter and lid filter) making it more efficient sifter and keeping the coffee/ tea hotter for longer. I also typically avoid purchasing online since I like to see the quality of the item in person. This turned out to not only having a beautiful design but also great quality. I am really pleased as this is my first French press. It makes about two cups of coffee/tea which is perfect for our small family. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase!

Good quality
I have been looking for a tea press for a long time. This product meets my need. That’s good size for a single person or family. I made flower tea with it for my daughter and I. My daughter loved it too. And it’s easy to clean, my daughter also could clean it very well.

Easy to care for and easy to use.
I like that it’s glass so I can see the richness of the tea/coffee. I also like that it’s dishwasher safe although it is recommended to wash by hand. Make sure not to do sudden temperature changes like pour hot water if the glass is too cold. It has an elegant design and the materials are high quality and it has a nice finish.

Easy to clean.
I liked the feature of the dishwasher friendly thing. because, Everytime I make tea in my stove I had to clean the stove/pan manually and tea sticks to it which is such a pain. This is very easy for me to make tea or coffee. Big tea/coffee person here! Thanks.

Great little tea press, just what I was looking for!
Got this item to have as a tea press and LOVE it! Great with loose leaf teas. I even like that it has like a secondary filter at top when I pour in case any bits float up. Have bought multiple items from this brand and love them all!

Very cute and handy
Bought this for my tea loving daughter. She's always loved tea since she was little and it is a great way for her to make it without using the stove. Easy to use...toss the tea leaves into the bottom, pour the water in and let simmer. After steeping a bit, press the leaves to get all the flavor from them. Its glass design is nice an neutral to go with any decor. Very easy to clean. I just toss in the dishwasher with everything else

perfect for tea.
I got this for loose tea and have enjoyed it. it is sturdy, the glass is substantial, it sits securely when pressed and the spout does not drip after I pour. it is nice looking too. over all I love it and would recommend for those who enjoy loose tea.

Great for summer tea
I usually make tea one cup at a time with hot water but I was really wanting to make a small pitcher in the summer. My friend told me that a french press is for coffee and tea...never thought of that! This one is inexpensive in terms of the quality. I was looking for one that would stand up to having a cold or hot brew of tea and look nice on the counter. This matches the rest of my kitchen. But it's really nothing like my smaller, old french press I used to use when I drank coffee. It's easy to take apart and therefore easy to clean. The mesh on the press is good quality and I don't think it will rust as easily. The plunger is wide and goes down smoothly. It also catches all the tea when I use loose-leaf tea. The handle isn't slippery and I can store the tea in the press to drink all day.

They made it worse
This used to be an excellent coffee press and teapot. Unfortunately, mine broke, but I liked it so much I immediately ordered another...and was INCREDIBLY disappointed to find that it no longer includes the tea strainer! I do still have the tea strainer from my old one, as only the glass broke when it fell half an inch into my sink (thankfully haven't modified the glass at all)...but I was hoping to have a second tea strainer because they're kind of annoying to clean (though still better than most) and I make at least two different pots a day (black tea in the morning, chamomile at night). I am EXTREMELY annoyed that they removed these components. This sucks.
