I just bought this and followed the set up instructions. The amber power light would not go off/switch to blue. I unplugged, replugged, emptied the tank, and went back through the directions for it to still only show the amber power light. Tried maneuvering it all different ways. Nothing. I needed this quick so didn’t read reviews and am regretting that now. Will return and do more research!

We have had this a couple months and have used it maybe 5 times. It worked great so we tossed the receipt. We followed all directions for cleaning and care but yesterday when I turned it on, it worked, but there was a terrible noise that sounded like a dying motor. Waste of money.

This lasted less than 3 months before breaking. It no longer powers on. There's no light coming from the power button, the touchpad is also very flimsy to begin with. You're better off buying a more pricier humidifer that actually works.
