I love this! I had a ninja foodie and they discontuned them! I use this in almost every day of my busy life! I was so happy to see instapot had their version! I was so happy this is so much better than the ninja foodie!

Had it for a couple of years now. I am a working chef, and I have owned and used untold scores of kitchen gadgets and appliances. If I were told I could only have one for the rest of my life, this Instant Pot would be it. I can run my entire family kitchen off it alone.

My only complaint is that the air fryer doesn't work as well as my other one. Otherwise I love that I can make a lot of stuff in one appliance.

Love this so much. It makes my life so easy. It becoming harder to find so I bought a backup because it's so central to my meal prep!

I bought the instant pot in 2021, earlier this week the fan would not turn on anymore and it would not heat up. I reached out to tech support and they basically told me to kick rocks since the warranty was expired. Crazy that a product this expensive can malfunction like that. Highly recommend staying away from this product and this brand

Bought 3 years ago and still love this Instantpot!

No reheat option, no yogurt option, no canning option, why did I buy this overpriced model.You would think there would be a mode that can sense the temperature of the pot and you can just hit reheat and come back when it beeps. Also I want to do canning and make yogurt but there or no options or mention of it in the full manual that I downloaded online. I'm lacking features when I thought the pro model would come with everything.Air fry and Roast are practically the same thing.

We've had ours for a year. It's my wifes. She churns out some awesome stuff, and in speeds that blow my mind; soups that taste like theyve simmered all day or stirfry thats restaurant quality. And she doesn't like to cook. Just likes making good food for our family quickly.... But today I have to thank Instant Pots customer service. Sandro A. was the rep that i chatted with, and was immediately responsive. I accidentally put the vent plug thing through the garbage disposal... and that Sandro helped me get a new one when i couldnt find a replacement anywhere. Top notch service. Buy it nice or buy it twice. This company puts out quality products, and thats rare these days.

The product itself is good, but I'll cut to the point.The lid became defective. Nothing I've done, it's just a mechanical spring that is not working anymore. Tried to get a replacement. Guess what? I can't, they don't sell it. They asked me to buy a new whole unit, as it is out of warranty. So, I'll have to waste a perfectly good and working unit because they don't sell replacement parts. Not really, not buying Instant any thing again.Don't buy Instant Brand, that's how they treat you.

Very well built and works so well when cooking or air frying food

Wonderful all rounder. Have no regrets buying this product. Have been using instant pot for over 5 years, and this is my second one. The product is high quality and works perfectly without any issues. The air fryer is amazing and easy to use. You can feel the new features and differences compared to duo if you have used the duo before, and feels like a pretty big upgrade.

I've been using instant pot for years and years and finally upgraded to a newer model. I love the overall black look and the bigger size. it heats significantly faster than the older model, has more functionalities like sous vide and air fry. I also have a dedicated air fryer but the air fry feature on this model comes really handy when doing large batches. it cooks just as well as my dedicated one.

I was going back and forth between that and the the Ninja Foodi steam fryer. This was much less expensive and seemed to do the same thing. I may return it as when I opened the box there wasn’t much there other than the device. The manual has left a lot to be desired. Small print, basic functions explanation and that’s it. You can download an app that has recipes for other intant pots. But if you want to use this you are on your own to figure it out. I’m no cook. I buy these to make my life easier. This has not accomplished that task. If I went to use this to steam then air fry I’ll have to figure it out myself switching between two lids. I’m pretty close to hating this machine. Ninja is more expensive but at least they don’t leave you wondering what to do when you get it.

The Instant Pot works great, and is so easy to use. I love the handles on the cooking pot. It makes it so easy to get the pan out. I get a burn notice more often with this cooker than I did with my original pot. It burn notice happens with marinara sauce or thick soups. It looks great and performs well other than that. I am happy with my purchase.
