Game changer! This effect of this product is immediately. I take it in the morning one scoop with 8 fl oz of water 30 mins before breakfast. Flushes me out immediately after breakfast.

This doesn’t taste horrible on its own and can barely be tasted in a cold drink with flavor to it. It is awful if it is put into a hot beverage. Awful! I also didn’t really notice any benefits to taking it.

I used this powder everyday on my smoothie for about a month. I did notice my movements were regular and more frequent without any pain or stomach irritation. This powder did not have any flavor and was easy and fine enough to mix into anything.

I am glad that I got to try this product. I have noticed a slight change since I have started to use it for awhile . So simple to take .the flavor is not bad . I really look forward to taking it daily.

Dissolves well when mixed, and is tasteless. I feel like it has improved my gut health but want to give it more than a month before really concluding. It's really easy to use which is key because no matter how great a product is for your health, it's no good if it involves lots f steps so you don't take it

This really has helped my stomach! I am highly critical of vitamins and was really impressed with this one. It is an affordable price and really makes a difference. The powder doesn’t really have a taste either

A couple of years ago I was diagnosed with an illness that caused problems with my stomach lining. After doing some research to heal myself, I read that L-Glutamine is a supplement that supposedly supports the healing of the stomach. Therefore, I decided to give this one a try. Probably like most people, I'm a bit skeptical when it comes to taking supplements. For the most part, we question their effectiveness, but there can be other issues such as it tasting horrible or possibly having pill aversion (that's me). I struggle with taking supplements that are pill form, which is why I was happy to see this in powder form. Once I received the item, I opened it to just to see what I was getting myself into. I noticed there was no scent and the powder itself had the consistency of baby powder or powdered sugar--which was a bit different than other powder supplements I've used--but certainly not a negative. I started mixing it into my favorite smoothies and noticed that it blended well and tasted normal. The powder does not seem to have a taste at all--it's unflavored. The fact that it blended well and did not alter the taste of my favorite smoothie earned it a few stars. However, just like any supplements, the effectiveness is the most important part--so it's really difficult to say it's perfect right now. Only time will tell. Therefore, I give it 4 stars.

This powder is very fine and dissolves well. It is near flavorless and only has the most minor powdery texture once dissolved. I believe more information should be given with the product as to when and when not to use this supplement.

I really love this L glutamine. This supplement came with 90 servings. You can mix it in water or a smoothie. This product is tasteless so it can really go in any drink. This supplement has so many benefits. It helped me recover from my cold. It also gave me energy so I would definitely recommend it.

Thorne L Glutamine powder is a great dietary supplement. It supports healthy intestinal lining and immune function. Great for sports players or everyday use. Directions on package are easy to follow. I like the compact container for easy storage.

Great for shakes or for mixing any other drink. The powder product does not have a taste so it can early mixed with a drink or taking mixed with plan water. A small scoop is included inside the container.

I’ve used this for about 2 weeks now as a post workout drink, and it does seem to help with muscle recovery and pain. It’s flavorless and easy to mix into water. My only issue is it caused stomach aches and pains after using the first few times. This is a typical side effect (via google) and I just cut back to half a scoop, rather than a full scoop, which solved the problem. It’s a great product overall!

I was very surprised at the size of the container and the amount of product you get. I’ve been taking this supplement in my morning smoothies to aid in tissue recovery from my workouts as well as an immunity boost. So far my workout recoveries have been great.
