works super well and last long
best bug spray I have ever found, even compared to the super toxic ones but I chose this because it is pet safe it says although I wouldn't recommend using it near pets still and air out after, the smell is strong. but wow it works amazingly well for spiders and yellow jackets which are the bugs I struggle to keep out. I sprayed a line of it in my doorway and 2 weeks later it was still stopping any buys that tried to cross it

Smell is so strong
The smell from this spray is so bad, its been hours and its still lingering in my house even with the windows open and an air purifier running. Even worse it barely did its job of killing the ants in my kitchen. Don't even bother with this product.

Smells really bad for a long time
It worked on the roaches/flies/gnats/fruit flies. I sprayed a fly on the window and it died fast came back to pick it up and 2 gnats died next to them. But I will not buy again i have to be really careful where I spray it because even a little almost suffocates us too and leaves oily residue. Idt this is safe safe

Does not kill Roaches, but kills on contact ants
This Insect spray doesn't kill Roaches. I saw roach come out the garbage can outside and I thought what great time to test the Stem spray. Spray directly on the roach and roach flip on its back and then ran away into the plants. Basically gave a roach a shower oily insect spray. As for ants this works wonders kills them on contact. Better smell than Raid that's for sure. If you need to kill ants I'd recommend this, for roaches don't buy this product. Flase advertising. Says on the can it kills roaches doesnt do that. Only recommended for ants. Haven't tried on spiders, can't answer that.

Loud Smell & Oily
Would not recommend this product. Very loud nauseating smell that lingers. Product is also oily and remains on the surface long after spraying. It's noted as being safe for people and pets, but I wouldn't recommend.

Do not recommend
I do not recommend this product. I truly don’t see how it’s pet or people safe at least for indoor use. My entire room smells like it’s covered in chemicals and I did not spray much. I have a fan, 2 air purifiers, and a window cracked and I can’t breath in there still after a couple hours. My cat and I are having to stay out of the room until it clears up. As for the spray itself it’s oily and coats your hands and the bottle in the oil since the sprayer leaks a bit.

Couldn't return this garbage
Not only does not kill the bug, the spray top is useless almost impossible to push down it has no pressure and it's very difficult unless you're very strong person! _ but the worst part is that I cannot return it unless I go all the way into a Target store, and being disabled makes it very difficult

Kills some, attracts others
I feel conflicted on how to rate this spray. It definitely kills spiders and ants, but holy cow, it is a FLY MAGNET. Regular flies and gnats/fruit flies are insanely attracted to this stuff. Sprayed some spider webs on a screen door, the next day tons of fruit flies are stuck in the screen. Sprayed down some spiders on our balcony, within 10 minutes we had multiple flies swarming our porch. Not to mention, the citronella scent is insanely strong, we now only use this on the exterior of our home. Probably won’t repurchase.

A particularly BAD product
As many people have said the smell is strong and gross and is so hard to get rid of as the spray leaves a residue that commits the rest of its life to the surface it's attached to. I know because I chased a roach through my living room and the spray was not affecting the bug at all so I kept spraying. Now I have a loose roach and a huge stinky mess to attempt to clean up.

We have kids and pets so we worry about using some of the more harsh brands. This works better than home pest control remedies (like peppermint oil) and honestly is just as good as the super toxic stuff.

Kinda effective, but it smells BAD
The smell lingers, and it's strong. It isn't pleasant. I would rather it smell like peppermint. I guess it works, as long as the spider doesn't get away before. I had to get decently close before it stopped "moving."

REALLY STRONG LINGERING SMELL!!!!
This stuff works great to get rid of ants, but the smell!!! It lingers forever and it kept me awake most of the night and my throat nasal passages swelled up. It's oily, so it sticks. Being "non-toxic" doesn't mean you won't have a reaction. I'm in a one bedroom apt, but even in a big house it would still fill the air with the smell. It's been 18 hours since I sprayed a small area along the baseboard in my kitchen about 3 feet wide. That's it, and my entire apt smells. I've had the door and windows open the last two hours, air is cool, but I'm still struggling. People sensitive to smells, please beware, I would not have used this had I realized how bad it would be.

Stinky, oily, ineffective
I thought that since it is supposed to be safe around people that it wouldn't smell bad. It has a strong odor like Raid. It is oily and does not dry. You'll have to mop it up. It only killed the ants that I sprayed it on. The next morning, not only did I have a smelly, oily mess, but there were more ants walking around the poison.

Worth a try
Used to kill ant infestation we have at home! I will say it’s better at killing them than deterring them. It does leave an oily film so keep that in mind when using. I know a lot of people are complaining about the smell, but honestly I’ve used a lot of other natural bug killer and this one is not as strong. Is it the most pleasant smelling? No but it will go away in a few hours.

Disgusting odor not worthit even if pet safe
Ok, it kills ants on contact but it has the most god awful odor that just lingers in the air. Will try to return and if I can’t, this will be an outside only spray.

HORRIBLE PRODUCT!
Safe for kids and pets? This isn't safe for any breathing creature! My throat burns, my lungs hurt! I stood at the door and sprayed a tiny 5th wheel bathroom, and we instantly had to run out of the house without finishing! This stuff certainly FEELS toxic to my throat and lungs!
