The key is to mix with your moisturizer!
Definitely a full coverage foundation- as stated! I do agree with the other reviewers saying this foundation looks cakey. HOWEVER, I have found that if I mix it with my moisturizer (I use native’s cream moisturizer) it makes it so much less thick and goes on way smoother while still giving beautiful coverage. I just apply a few pumps of both my moisturizer and this foundation directly to my face then blend them in together. I love that a little goes a long way and I appreciate the budget-friendly price point.

Full coverage minus the weight
I have always struggled to find a foundation that matches my skin tone and stays put all day. I've tried all the makeup tutorials, powder setting, setting sprays, etc. I stumbled across this foundation whilst working out of town. I figured I'd give it a shot and I have never been more pleased with a foundation in all of my 48 years on this earth. It adjusts to match my skin tone perfectly and I like that it is lightweight while still providing full coverage all day. I have tried and tried to find something similar in other brands and have not been successful. I don't think I have ever found a better drugstore foundation.

Called IRL because it shows every real life thing on your face
I was so excited to try this product. I'm getting married but didn't want to spend a fortune on foundation for one day. I tried this with primer, tried to build it, etc. and it comes off like a popsicle off a stick in the middle of July. I don't know how anyone could wear it for 16 hours, let alone 1. It shows every crease, smile line, touch of the face, hair, pore, EVERYTHING. It also takes forever to blend without leave brush strokes or sponge marks. It really is not even worth trying.

Not good foundation. Leaves skin looking patchy. Foundation settles into pores which is not cute. Tried lightly putting foundation and even tried building it does not settle well on face. Does not blend well with blush either. Don’t like this product at all. Never buying this again.

My favourite foundation - lasts all day!

I have combination skin and some blemishes, but it covers everything but doesn't look cakey. Full coverage without cakiness! I find this lasts all day, I have some shininess by the end of the day on my forehead, but I never reapply during the day and often forget to prime and set it and it still lasts.

Awful foundation
I bought this foundation as i had run out of my usual foundation and decided to give this one a try. It's safe to say i won't be buying it again. The texture is horrible, it looks cakey on the skin and it shows every line. It certainly does not look like a filtered finish.

Missing the conceal and define
This foundation isn’t as good as the (conceal and define) Which I used previously cause it had full coverage, by ( revolution ) which I think was discontinued in stores. However, if you use this foundation with (e.l.f. HD powder) which is (6$) I think you’ll find the smooth results to get rid of the cakey feeling 👌
