Poor customer service
only had this umbrella up for a couple months and this happened. Pin wouldn't stay in and caused the other piece to break due to very little wind. target nor Costway will replace. do not recommend.

Falls apart in storage. CS by costway is no help.
The umbrella fell apart in storage and we cant find a piece so we reached out to Costway at the email provided in the listing. We got nowhere with them. Also you need to put a large amount of weight on the base or achor it in some way.

Terrible umbrella
This umbrella is terrible, all it does is spin in the wind. It fell over even with the addition weights that we had to pay extra for. What a waste of money.

Doesn't last

Broke in less than a month
Broke 24 days after we got it. Only used when it was calm and stored it properly. First the tie that holds the open umbrella to the pole ripped right off. It was still usable, but Not as stable. But the big issues is the main rope in the center of the umbrella that holds everything up inexplicably snapped and the umbrella came crashing closed. Thankfully no one was underneath. It cannot be repaired and is now a piece of trash.

Disappointed
I was happy with this umbrella until it broke within the first month. We took great care of it, did not use it if it was windy and made sure to put it down every single night and it still broke. I tried to attach a picture but that's not loading for some reason. Where it broke specifically is at the top of the base pole where it meets the cantilever pole, it cracked at the attachment. I'm definitely disappointed with this umbrella.

Not the best quality
This umbrella is not stable at all. I used the recommended weights to hold the umbrella in place but it topples over and it could be dangerous if you have guests sitting under it.
