  • A: I just bought this gloss on Friday Sept 19 2025 in store at Target and I’ve been using it everyday since. It’s the “140 sunset skies”. It does tingle for about 5-8 mins and then it goes away. It’s not lip plumper. I’m not sure why it tingles. P.S. My lips doesn’t get bigger, I haven’t broken out or anything BUT it DOES tingle.
