"bad swimmwer" "exelent skipping stone"

This toy was a garbage swimmer but an excellent skipping stone ,it is super slow should not even exist

Barely moves or works at all

The turtle just floats and occasionally flaps its left fin, spinning itself in a circle. Maybe ours is defective, but definitely exchanging or returning it.
