The 1 inch diameter Astrid curtain rod in brushed nickel or black features matching cap finial ends. Use on larger windows in larger rooms, such as your dining room, bedroom or living room, to hang heavyweight curtains as well as thermal or room darkening curtains. The telescoping rod adjusts from 36 to 66 inches or 66 to 120 inches to fit your window and projects 4.4 inches from the wall. It is ideal for hanging curtains with pockets, grommets, back tabs, and tab tops, but can also be used with clip rings. Drapery Hardware Set Includes: one telescoping steel curtain rod with decorative finials (1.66" L x 1.81" W x 1.81" H), two adjustable mounting brackets, one center support, screws, drywall anchors, and installation instructions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This curtain rod was exactly what we needed when our baby moved into our older daughter’s room. Blackout curtains were a must and this curtain rod did the trick. It’s cute and understated, so doesn’t draw attention away from her decor - blends nicely. The anchors for the curtain rod do stick out from the wall quite a few inches, which is my only issue with this curtain rod. I’ve thrown a couple pillowcases over the top to cut the light coming out from the gap and put a few stuffed animals on the windowsill to pull the curtains back against the window so the blackout curtains can be effective. If not being used for blackout curtains, I wouldn’t have any issue with this curtain rod. It’s cute, doesn’t draw the eye to them and holds curtains!

We have found the one where I can say I have a part and my husband don't think it's too girly lol. I love the smooth clean decorative look and it can grow with the changing of his room and that is always a plus. It's nice and lightweight, but strong. It comes with one telescoping curtain rod with two brackets, screws, drywall anchors and installation instructions. We have not finish my son's room we are painting now. Will have to post pictures once done. I would recommend for any room.

And it also extends from 36-66 inches. I also like that it's lightweight since it's in my toddler's room; he tends to yank on the curtains since he's two.
