It's just ok. I would give it 3 stars if the installation supplies were customized to the hook itself, they make you measure the holes with their supplied ruler, any good company sends you with a pre adjusted measuring tape.

Hinges are too loose, but we love the look!
We love the look and we love the hooks but if we don't hold them "out" to hang our items they go back flat to the wall. We have 2 sets of the STICKS 5 wall hooks and those are much better, Sorry :(
