    This lasted a little over a year before the descale came on and then suddenly wouldn't turn back on. I've had this issue before with the duo keruig. Works fine if only to be used temporarily but would not recommend for long term use.

    Search online and you will see that a very well known issue with these keurigs are that they stop working after descale. I wish I had searched. I got mine in December 2024 and I followed the instructions to descale. After the rinse cycle, it turned completely off and won't turn back on. I'm not alone. Don't buy.

    Fried after 8 months of light use

    Bought this in November 2024, and used it at most twice a week usually just to heat water. Attempted to heat water as usual in July 2025, and machine just got very hot and seems to be fried, will no longer turn on anymore. Extremely disappointing especially considering the price. I am absolutely never buying a keurig again if this is the quality of their products

    I'm wanting to like this machine, as I've mostly used Keurig brewers over the years, but this is the 2nd machine in over a month. The first one, when using the "My Keurig K-cup," would cause the cover to lift while brewing and coffee grounds would blow all over the place. Keurig sent a replacement unit and at first this one worked, but within a week we're having the same experience when using the "My K-cup." Keurig suggested that I purchase the "My K-cup" directly from them, which I did...I purchased 2, as they said that the design was updated..which is not real apparent if so. We follow the instructions to brew hot water before using the My K-cup, but still no difference.

    It has not yet been 1 full year of owning this machine and it stopped working. I have done all of the troubleshooting and descaling as required and it will no longer brew. Do better keruig.

    I bought this b/c I had another just like it, loved it, but it quit working after 5 years. So I purchased this, again, however, while it's still built well, every time I make a cup of coffee, it leaves coffee grinds in the next cup, and I have to run water thru first before making each cup. and it happens every time after making one cup. Only difference is, that I can see is, instead of poking one hole in the K-cup, it pokes several holes and I believe the water is running over (not sure) and the grounds are running out. I'm not happy with that

    I’m the only coffee drinker in my household, so this just made sense. I especially enjoy the button for iced coffee. My only challenge has been leaks from the My KCup universal filter. But usually I get a cup of good coffee — fast!

    It's ok, no real complaints aside from the coffee can be a bit weak at the 12oz brew. It takes up much less space than the old 2.0 machine it replaced and refilling the reservoir is much easier. It's simple to use, and brews the coffee pretty quickly. So, overall I'm happy with it, it just comes up short in the brew strength.
