It cools the air down to 61 degrees Fahrenheit , dehumidifies up to 60 pints every 24 hours, and circulates air with 3 fan settings to stand up to summer heat in rooms up to 150 sq. ft. This air conditioner portable offers immediate, uninterrupted comfort with it's up and down auto air swing. Additionally, this personal air conditioner features easy-to-use LED electronic controls and is quiet while you sleep, 52dB on highest setting. This AC unit comes with four rolling castors and side carrying handles for easy-to maneuver mobile comfort and everything needed for an effortless installation. Window kit with this air conditioner includes foam seal, slider bracket, 5.9 inch diameter air exhaust hose, hose inlet and outlet, 2 locking screws and drain hose. Keeps a room, home, bedroom, apartment, dorm or garage comfy during the summer months when the heat sets in. Works in double hung or sliding windows only, no crank windows. To minimize noise and vibration, portable AC air conditioner should be placed on a firm floor. For safe and secure positioning, place the portable AC unit on a smooth, level floor strong enough to support the unit. For a better cooling, make sure all the windows and doors are closed. Connect the duct and make sure it can function properly. Also note that, mirco processor control delays the compressor from operating until 3 mins have passed. Thermostat range is from 61 degrees to 88 degrees Fahrenheit. Portable AC also includes easy to use LCD remote control (2 AAA batteries required for remote - not included). 115V~/60Hz. 1050 Watts. Reburbished?
Waiting to plug it in to ensure the oil has settled from shipping. However, this arrived with 2 remotes & no manual. The exhaust tube smells strongly of dead fish (offgassing/new product smells never bother me; this truly smells like something dead but there's nothing in the tube). The bottom foam inside the box was also crushed/badly damages. Hoping it works. 3 stars because I haven't gotten a chance to try it, but concerned this isn't a new item as advertised.

Perfect supplement
This is a perfect supplement to a whole house central air system that doesn’t make it to my bedroom. Unit works fast to cool a 12 x 12 room. Set up was easy. I like that I can open the top part of my window to allow fresh air in the house during the cooler days because this unit does not hog up the whole window. Unit is louder than expected but to me it’s white noise and helps me get to sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, the vent doesn’t close and the light never goes off. Secondly, it doesn’t get as cold as my last one! Lastly, it just randomly shuts off in the middle of the night! Nothing like getting woken up to the air just randomly shutting off! Did all the little test this and drain that and shut off for this amount of time but still just randomly shuts off. Fun stuff! As of right now, totally not worth the price!

Great little portable air conditioner
Bought this when our air conditioner failed and couldn’t get to the repair right away. Easy to hook up the exhaust and get the unit running. We put a fan in front of the output vent and we were able to cool the upstairs area nicely. Had it running four days straight. Very affordable and worth the price.
