Q: Does the water from this a/c unit collect in a bin like a dehumidifier (and you dump it out when it's full) or do you HAVE to drain it through a window with a hose?

A: It has two drainage methods which are manual drainage and continuous drainage. You can drain the water manually when the water tank is full or you install the drain hose to drain water automatically.

A: This depends on the humidity of the air. If the air is dry, it usually won't be full of water. If the air humidity is high, it is estimated that it will be full of water in about 6 to 8 hours. If the humidity is too high, it may be full of water faster. However, it will automatically shut down after being filled with water, and can be drained at that time.

Highly recommend
It has a window panel that allows you to open the window to let it take in air, while also sealing the window to prevent more heat from coming in. The remote works well even from a distance. I am very pleased with its performance. It works very well, cooling the room quickly and providing a comfortable environment even on the hottest days. Overall, this portable air conditioner exceeded my expectations in terms of both efficiency and convenience.

This air conditioner cools down really quickly and is super easy to install. It sticks to the window effortlessly and can be controlled from across the room with the remote. It has loads of different modes and even has a timer, which is super convenient.

Best Portable AC Unit
I'm so thankful for the 3-in-1 Portable Air Conditioner. With this summer heat it's difficult cooling every room in the house. The portable AC unit provides less humidity, better air circulation and cooler air from corner to corner of the room. The remote control and smart touch panel with LED display makes adjustments easy and convenient making my office the most comfortable room in the house now.

Great product, but has some expected limitations
I purchased this AC for my sons room where he is renting and sometimes gets too hot. It worked great the first couple of nights, but I don\'t believe it was intended to be run constantly. It\'s a \"stop gap\" and not intended to be the full AC, so if you are expecting it to work like that, it won\'t. But, aside from that, it\'s been a great purchase.

Perfect for small spaces

Great product
Works great if you have the floor room for it. Used in a second story dorm since March hasn't let me down. Keeps the room the temperature preferred in the summer time. Simple sleek design and can be station for easy cool down. There is a low setting that is a little quieter but I prefer the white noise because I have an upstairs neighbor

Got this for my wife's brother who is ill and the heat really bothers him. He was able t set it up himself. He is happy with the way it works and is feeling so much better now. He is not complaining of the heat inside his apt anymore.

This is a great little unit
I bought this air conditioner for my craft room. Gets the room cold for sure. The remote works great. I have a long window so we had to put the vent part vertically with just a slight adjustment to the vent part. It's a little noisy but nothing I can't handle. Nice looking unit as well. Overall great AC.

Reasonably quiet, quite convenient.
I generally like having a couple of this type if air conditioner handy for HVAC and outage conditions. These are a relative bargain for their output and relatively quiet to more expensive units I have previously owned. You can direct the duct out a window or into an exterior space easily. The remote could be handy for elderly or handicapped, but I find the buttons on the unit easy enough to use and see settings. The unit is currently keeping my home office cool during a record heat wave. This is a very handy unit for an emergency or sitution where fixed window unit is not practical.
