    Love these. We have been using these for a few years now. They help the kids fall asleep when they are having a hard time and they are not groggy in the morning.     Nightmares

    My seven year old has been jumping in my bed all month long, crying, he’s scared being alone and having nightmares. On top of being a mom to a 8 month old baby it’s too much to endure at night. Don’t buy this !

    These have came through when my kids are in break from school. And they need to go back into their team. I like to give them one of these. And they're good to go, you just chew it. And that's it.

    Potential Life Threatening Event!

    My daughter experienced: Extrapyramidal symptoms (EPS) which are generally considered a medical emergency when they involve acute, severe, or life-threatening reactions to medication. In this product it was most likely the L-Theanine. We will not be using it again. This was scary! Imagine, a small child might not be able to let someone know. If your child becomes restless or jerking their arms and legs, even subtley, it's most likely EPS symptoms.

    Help with falling to sleep for 3 year old

    We had increasing sleep issues and anxiety around falling asleep when my child turned 3. Just half of a gummy 20 min before bed has changed everything. Anxiety around bed time is less because it is not taking hours for my little one to fall asleep. We are happy he sleeps better which leads to better days as well.
