  • A: Hello! TENA Sensitive Care Ultimate Absorbency – Extra Coverage pads are designed for heavier leaks and can hold up to about 2½ standard soda cans worth of liquid (maximum capacity). To help put that into perspective, an average bladder can hold about the amount of one standard soda can. So these pads are designed to manage more than 1 bladder releases and still provide protection. For best comfort and skin health, we recommend changing the pad when it reaches about half of its maximum capacity, rather than waiting until it’s completely full.

I dislike this product because the packaging saying for overnight use we use them around the clock and changes her frequently. But the thin plastic on the bottom of the pad that attaches to the underwear does not hold up and It allows urine to leakage. Durability and absorbency is not good at all.

Very soft and comfortable

These pads are softer and more absorbent than any other that I have tried. I would have liked them a bit wider in the front and for the adhesive to run the full length.

Best Urge Incontinence Protection Pads

I use Tena Sensitive Wide Back Overnight Pads with Prevail Breezers, which are adult tabbed briefs, aka diapers. I need to use both together to manage urge incontinence made worse by spinal surgery.
