My love for George
George as been on our kitchens for 20 years. He has made preparing meal quick and easy. So, after we had the last meal with him there was no doubt to replace him!!! We have and live is good with George!

not as good as they used to be
The George Forman I had prior to this one had small raised protrusions like small spikes to hold food in place. This one does not have them. When I place a frozen burger on this one it slides down almost completely off the grid. When I place the food on the grid I have to use a knife or fork to hold the item in place till I can get the top closed. Some times this does not work either, the food will move once the top is closed. The older models were a lot better. Do not think I will purchase another.

5-Serving George Forman Grill
The grill does not make quesadillas like my XL grill that came out many years ago. It now does not do an even cook on edge of tortillas. This was the closest replacement to that one as my other one stopped working. The power button would not come on anymore and stopped heating up. Had it for years. When I make turkey burgers, they stick to the top of the lid when I lift it up. I needed one similar to the XL in width from left to right but this one is not on the same level as the XL one and will not be using it much. Not happy with this purchase, to be honest.
