buying again...and again
I love this stuff. I've bought numerous times and been consistently happy. I use an applicator glove and a velvety strap for my back to avoid hand stains. don't use it on your face, use the one specific for that!! I notice results immediately and the next day it looks amazing.

I usually appreciate these products, but this one had a lot of residue and even chunky residue was even left on the bottle where I touched it. I’m thinking the formula changed. It works great if you can take a shower two hours afterwards. I made the mistake of using it in the morning before I went to work and by an hour or two it looked like spread. Someone spread chunky mud all over my face. Pretty embarrassing.

Great gradual for fair/light skin
I swore by Neutrogena’s gradual tanning lotion before they discontinued this. Tried Jergens but it took too long to build up good color. I have fair/light, sensitive skin and this doesn’t bother my skin and the color is perfect. I apply it every two days to just maintain a little color so I’m not as pasty white! It also doesn’t smell terrible so it’s a win. Agree with other reviewers though, don’t wear white the day of applying before a shower - it will get on clothes.

Quite impressive!
I wasn’t sure at first, but thought I’d try it over the summer. It works well and builds up amazingly well. I also love that you choose a skin tone so it looks more natural. It is still a stain, so don’t get it on anything else. AND, it does wash away when you don’t use it daily. But for a quick-ish tan, it’s the best I’ve tried!

Holy moly, too strong!
I bought the LIGHT BRONZE version, and used it on my face around 5pm. By the time I went to bed at midnight, my face was way too dark and looks clearly artificial, and uneven, yikes! I can only imagine what the DEEP BRONZE would look like! Now I have to buy some tan remover but unfortunately I don't think they work until you've had your fake tan on for three days. :( In the future I'm only going to use Jergens Natural Glow products, those build tans much more gradually.

It applies well and can get pretty dark over time. I use a glove to prevent hand staining, then lastly apply the lotion on the back of my hands. You do need to avoid furniture, clothing, and getting wet for awhile once you've applied the lotion. I would avoid wearing white on a summer day if you've applied the lotion within 12 hrs and haven't showered.. you will be sweating brown stains on your white clothes! It feels tacky after application. You'll notice color almost immediately. The scent is pleasant unlike other tanners.

Orange-y but no streaks
Pros: No sparkles/glitter. If you rub it in very well well, there are no streaks. Doesn't come off sheets after air drying well. Color Light Bronze looks slightly orange-y with rubbing in a quarter size amount on each leg. With two layers, I think it would look even more orange, so I stick with one layer once a week or so. Recommend if you're in a pinch and just want a little color on your legs.

This stuff works! I am pale, white skinned, and I only used three applications, and got really dark. Advice, make sure you wash your hands and underneath your fingernails immediately because it will stain your hands. It doesn’t really smell like anything. Did not rub off on my sheets. Lasted through showers. It does start to fade after a few days but it’s really easy to reapply.

I have tried over 10 different brands of self tanner, I use it year round as I have an autoimmune condition that causes my legs to have a slight purple undertone. I’m very self conscious about it. Out of all the brands I’ve tried (expensive to cheap) this has given me the most natural results without leaving a streaky, muddy appearance.

Mild tint
I bought this because I needed to temporarily subdue some unfortunate tan lines on my feet, and heavier products like body foundation are a no-go from me, due to the disgusting textures. While it didn't camouflage everything (because my tan lines were really bad), it did help tone down the difference in my skin color, enough that I could wear the sandals I wanted without feeling self conscious. It's not a miracle, but it serves a purpose.

Love it!
I love this self tanner because it looks very natural. I use this on my legs and I can't stand how pale they look without a tan. Wearing shorts being that pasty color embarrasses me, but I feel more confident having a tan on my legs. This is a great product because it is easy and I don't have to be concerned with sun damage unless I am not wearing sunscreen.
