    Received a used machine

    I was excited to receive this item, but disappointed once I looked at it. The one I received appears to have been returned by someone else. It was obviously used (the inside of the machine was dirty) and returned. Taking this one back to the store and will most likely look for a different brand.

    Great Food Storage Solution

    This really does keep my food fresh for a lot longer. I already use the bags that came with so I will have to order more since it didn't come with a lot. That is the only down side but I have no complaints.

    Bulk Food Storage Convenience

    This is the third one I've purchased. One for our daughter, one for our house, and one for our vacation home.     Quiet and does the job. I like that it has both a dry and moist setting. Seals well but be sure it is completely closed (locked down) or it won't give a good seal.
