A: Hi Kayrae, The 3 pc. Pasta Roller & Cutter Set will work on the 3.5 quart Artisan Mini Stand Mixer. All of the attachments that use the front hub of the mixer are universal on all KitchenAid Stand Mixer models.

This attachment is wonderful! Being attached to the stand mixer hub, it has plenty of clearance underneath to guide the pasta along with both hands if/when necessary, unlike the manual crank-arm countertop types. I know this attachment is going to get a lot of use.

Very nice attachment. The pasta came out great. Please read the model numbers for the attachments to know which attachments come included. I enjoyed the process of making fresh spaghetti, as it was an efficient process. The spaghetti was really good and taste a lot better than boxed pasta. Highly recommend if you’re interested in making fresh pasta.
