Love the color and it does it’s job. Holds exactly the amount of coffee I need for the morning and keeps it hot but I drink my coffee fast so I can’t attest to more than an hour or two. I handwash mostly so I’m not sure how the color will hold up in a dishwasher. Overall, I like this cup!

Won't keep anything hot.
I had another ello travel mug for about 4 years absolutely loved it and used it almost everyday. I lost it and decided to try this one for a replacement. This one doesn't keep my coffee or tea hot at all! not even for 1hr. I'm returning it.

I Like the color and it did keep my coffee hot for a couple of hours, I don’t need it to keep it hot for longer than that and don’t understand why people do. What are we saving the coffee for lol. Drink it or pour it out and make fresh coffee. Anyway, I like that the spout underneath the cap flips down for easy cleaning. But I wish this cup was at least 20oz rather than 16. Something about the smaller size makes it feel cheap to me. Would probably feel more substantial and better quality if it were larger

Very cute tumbler however, I have to agree with other comments, if you want to specifically hand wash this tumble only, then it’s the tumbler us for you. But if there’s any plans for you to put it in the dishwasher, don’t buy it it definitely peels not as cute.

Pink/Purple color chips off soon as you buy it. May last a little longer if you exclusively hand wash, but that’s just not realistic for me. Functionally, I’ve had travel mugs that have kept my coffee hot for longer. This buy is only worth it if aesthetics are the priority.
