Directions

Use only as directed. Wash hands after applying. How to Remove Safety Seal & Use: 1. Pull off clear cover. Twist off applicator cap. 2. Locate star-shaped indent on side of applicator cap. Match indent to the top of the white nozzle and twist to remove safety seal. 3. Twist applicator cap back onto tube. Pinch and pull yellow sides upward until you hear a click. 4. Squeeze tube to release cream and apply to skin. 5. Clean applicator with a towel or absorbent paper.

Adults and Children 12 Years and Older

Apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily.

Children Under 12 Years of Age

8 hours of pain relief 🎯

The massage applicator made it easy and less messy to apply to the targeted area. The cream absorbed into my skin without leaving any residue.

I did find that for my pain I had to apply a lot of product and do it frequently, it might be because I have a different type of pain the texture was fine (I do have sensory issues) the smell didn't linger on my clothes etc. So that was nice!

It's been so effective in many ways, with my back pain, my aunt's arthritis pain in her hands, and I can't wait to try it on more! I'm definitely behind this product and so glad I tried it! Excellent for sore muscles!!!

The only side effects is that it burns like ice hot when you put it on but its a good type of burn you know ita working. The ingredients are good and the instructions are easy to understand.
