This pillow is just right for me. I opted for the firm one, and it's exactly what I needed. It's soft, yet it provides excellent support, being filled with all down. Plus, there are no annoying feathers poking through, which is a big relief.

I recently got King pillows from Continental Bedding for the second time, and I must say, my experience has been exceptional. My husband, who has been using goose down pillows for years, can attest to the quality of these pillows. We now have three King goose down pillows from Continental Bedding, and we couldn't be happier. Initially, the first pillow we received was a tad too firm for my husband's liking. However, after contacting Continental Bedding, they promptly exchanged it for a softer one, despite us having had the pillow for some time. This level of customer service truly impressed us, and we ended up ordering two more King pillows. I would give this company six stars for both the quality of their products and their dedication to customer satisfaction!

I've become pretty picky about my pillow after my wife bought me my first down pillow about a decade ago. I like a pillow that is soft, but supportive. I hate the bouncy support of many man-made pillow fillers and love the way your head settles gently in to a nice down pillow like a cat circling in for a nap. I can't tolerate any poking feathers or the way they feel like straw through the fabric. With all of that in mind, these pillows have been perfect. I can't speak to durability beyond saying that they seem well made and the fabric appears to be of good quality.

The pillows, like 'Goldilocks and the Three Bears', are just right!! I ordered king size and soft. I love these pillows and need them again. Also, they arrived very quickly.

These are the best pillows ever!!!! I got two king size soft pillows. They came in two days. I immediately popped them in the dryer on no heat and 5 minutes later... pillows like clouds came out of my dryer (ha!). Snuggly fit into my king pillow cases so they are by no means lacking fill. Put your head on these and your neck and head are surrounded in total bliss! Never does my head sink down to the mattress, so I'm glad I did not order the firm. For those wanting a firm pillow I get it, but in general it seems a bit antithetical to a down pillow experience. These sleep cool and I have no weird smell as some have mentioned. I have not washed them yet, but will probably dry clean when needed as they deserve a professional's handling. Seriously, for the price these are worth every penny. You can stop looking and just buy these. I realize even though the price on these is outstanding, they are an investment, but what's worth more than a comfortable bed and good sleep? After sleeping on crap my whole life, let me tell you this is one of the best decisions I have made. Both my wife and I LOVE them and it is likely you will too.
