2. Washing Tips: Machine washable and dryable. Make sure to dry thoroughly. A slight odor after drying or storage is normal, just air it out again to refresh.

    Color is darker than advertised pics

    I like the quality of this down comforter. It arrived vacuum sealed in a medium sized box. Once opened you definitely need to let the comforter “breathe” and fluff back to its normal size and puffiness. I let it sit out on another bed for 3 days before placing on the bed it was going on. Seems to be just enough for warmth. Had this for about 2 weeks now in the warm Southeast. Probably will use year round. I was disappointed in the color. I know I ordered dark gray but the representative picture of the dark gray on the website is much lighter than the actual color. Dark gray is just that “DARK gray”. If you are looking for something not so dark I would order the light gray. Seems to be a good value for the money.

    - it’s not actually down. In fact, it has zero down. Just down fiber. Very deceiving product title. - the “noiseless” shell feels tacky to the touch. And, because it’s 100% synthetic, it will not be breathable. - vacuum packed in a plastic bag with no branding; I wasn’t even sure if this was the right item. Would not recommend unless you’re using this as a prop, such as for staging a home.

I love the soft pink and looks great in my daughter’s room. This is her favorite comforter now. The only thing I don’t like is there’s a slight smell that I can’t get rid of. Hopefully the smell will dissipate with more washes. Overall it’s a great hypoallergenic comforter that is light and soft.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After sleeping with this comforter a few nights, I can honestly say it’s a nice medium weight and keeps us warm enough, but also not overly sweaty or hot. It feels like a quality comforter, and is spot on in light gray color. The only downside I can think of is the fullness. I anticipated it to be thicker and fluffier looking than it is in reality. It is still comfy to sleep with and the noise level is honestly practically silent. I’ll definitely be keeping this new comforter on my bed compared to my old one.

    Mildewy

    After washing this comforter in my new GE washer with detergent & sanitizing liquid i was surprised by a pungent mildewy smell. I decided to wash again on the sanitizing setting with the same 2 washing agents & the smell is still there. I’m going for a 3rd run with different cleansers! I hope bleach does the trick.

    Smells horrible!

    I opened the package to a horrible smell. Smells like a wet, dirty dog. I wanted to like it because the softness and weight is good. However, I washed and dried it twice with OxyClean, Downy odor boost, and fabric softener. It still stinks. I believe the down inside comforter is giving off the smell. I have never had a comforter that smelled like this. There is no way you can sleep with this. I will be returning this!

    Goose feather fiber & down, poly-nylon cover all-s

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The comforter is made in the USA with goose feather fiber and down. The packaging comes vacuum-sealed and enough space is between the two seals to easily remove the comforter safely. I found it is well-constructed with no sign of feathers coming out. I was disappointed that the top layer isn’t 100-percent cotton; however, the polyester-nylon blend is cool to the touch and very soft. I can sometimes sleep hot and I did not notice that with this comforter. You can use it as a liner inside a duvet; it has sewn-in loops for you to be able to tie each corner to the duvet cover. I noted that it is white; however, some people might think it is slightly off-white. Not really a game changer for me. I liked that the comforter doesn’t look wrinkled, and, as promised, I heard no sound when I pull the comforter over me.
