Expensive amd worthless
Bought this to keep 3 year old and 4 year old from getting into the garage. It didn't take them any time to break a bar off one side. And in the good side left, the 3 year old got her foot stuck between two bars

Love this gate!
I bought this gate 8 yrs ago for a puppy, it has now been used for the 3rd puppy. The only issue I’ve had...because of kids, not dogs, is the plastic hardware has broken due to 12 yr old standing on the gate. Looking for replacement pieces.

Quality
I was desperate for a gate to give me separation for relaxation/quiet time with my newborn and Great Dane. This fence holds up well. Been up a month, and has stood up against the Great Dane pushing up it and standing on it with his two front paws. Would recommend.

Not as sturdy as other gates
It’s working for the time being, but I wish it was a little more sturdy like the shorter gate of this design.

It’s brown
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s brown not bronze. Nice gate, easy setup. Does not match the smaller bronze gates mentioned in a review to match. Because it’s long it does have give but makes sense.

Cheaply made
I have owned two of these gates and they do a good job until the bars come lose and then they become extremely dangerous. I don’t recommend buying this gate because it’s cheaply made if they would just weld the bars on all four sides it would be great. But until this this is a very dangerous gate. I have contacted summer infant about my issue three years ago and the new gate I have also is defective.

Great looking and very sturdy
I mounted this in a 65 inch doorway. At 65 inches this gate is still very stable. I completed the installation myself within less than 30 minutes. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. I use this gate to keep (two) 120 pounds dogs out of certain rooms. We recently moved again and this is the 3rd gate I have purchased of this model.

Not 6 feet
This product is not 6 feet. Very very upsetting. Even with the bolts on the side all the way extended out it falls 2 inches short.

Thank you for your feedback. You would have to take into consideration the wall hardware also. That will give you the inch on each side.
