  • A: Hello, Yes it can be used on carpet. As a suggestion we recommend using doiuble-sided carpet tape placed at the puzzle pionts to help secure the mats, however, this is usually not needed in most installations. Best regards.

    Balance board

    I’ve only been on one other balance board while doing rehab. What I don’t like about the ProsourceFit balance board for me. The base is made of hard SLICK plastic. Maybe this is good for someone who is in better shape than me. But slick plastic pivot area also spins and slips on a hard floor. I also find the height too much. Again I’m old and out of shape.

    The ProsourceFit Wooden Balance Board arrived in good condition with some instructions for use. It's sturdy and great for use. My physical therapist recommended I use the balance board while sitting. I saw a similar one at Goodwill, which was half the cost though smaller and less quality with the "Amazon" brand.

    round balancing board

    so far I like it. I did have some problem at first trying to just get on it, I am still having to hold onto the door frame to use it. but I think it is helping me some with my balance. Haven't used it for a week cuz I have been not feeling too well, but when I get better, I will keep on using it. Thank you. :)

    Isometrics here I come!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This board is a great exercise for the psoas muscle I injured years ago. It helps me maintain balance like walking around on a ship. The minute movements are just what is needed to affect this hard to get to muscle.

    Round balance board

    The bottom is a hard plastic, so must be careful cause it slides on wood and my rug. I was hoping it was more like a hard rubber.
