Poor Quality
This coffee maker worked well for 3 months until it started leaking coffee every time I made a cup. I tried cleaning the machine, doing a factory reset and spent time on the phone with Nespresso Support and nothing would fix the problem. The Nespresso Support team was unfortunately not helpful and I wasted a lot of time trying to get answers from them. Thankfully Target was able to return it. I was not impressed by the longevity or customer service.

I love Nespresso Machine. This rating is not for the machine. However, the Target store in SODO Orlando have TERRIBLE customer service. I placed 2 different orders os Nespresso machine to be picked up as we needed them urgently, and the store cancelled my orders. After I made the call, they notified me that they do not have any of them in stock. No apologies what so ever, could not refund my money nor could they assist me with advising me with options.

love it!
Our previous vertuo machine was on its last legs after several years, and so we decided another was in store. This machine is much more quiet in comparison and brews a great double espresso or coffee. I like the bluetooth capability letting me know when it’s time to descale or update.

Purchased this yesterday because it’s cute…cost effective… I can use my 7in travel mug because it’s SUPPOSED to be compatible. I said no biggie I can transfer to my travel mug. Slept on it and decided I’m not doing that.

When it works, it’s a great machine however I’d like to stress the WHEN in this statement. I’ve had my machine for roughly 2.25 years and have had to call customer service a handful of times over similar hiccups. The machine overheats and stops working. Just as I got out of the two year warranty window it finally died. Can’t turn it on to descale or find any debris that could be causing the malfunction. For the price tag and reputation, it’s a pretty disappointing experience. The older machines and original line is more expensive but more reliable. Only get this if you want to have inconsistent functionality and replace in less than 3 years.

Barely Lasted a Year
Please read, this machine is great when it works but it only has a one year warrant. Mine broke down barely over a year and spent almost an hour troubleshooting the darn thing with me despite me telling the guy Uve tried numerous ways to troubleshoot the machine myself based on the instructions online. There are very little options for coverage after warranty they will tell you you can refurbish it for 65 or buy a new one at discount. This experience turned me off from purchasing another machine. If the other ones last longer go for it but this one is not meant to last that's for sure. It should be half the listed price because it junks quick

Don't bother with this version, spend more for better....
Would have been nice if the spring didnt pop the second i placed a pod in. Had to return because it was unusable. Had my previous machine for 5+ years no issues, this one breaks right out of the box. Horrible. No wonder its on sale.
