[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Is this my new favorite protein powder? I’ve got to say, this is actually pretty tasty and refreshing. I’m really impressed with the ability to create a protein powder that isn’t completely creamy in taste or texture. It’s hard to compare it to anything else I might have had before because it’s so unique! Does it taste like citrus? Yes, but not overly tart. Do you taste the protein/whey taste? Yes, but it’s not enough to turn me off. Is there that weird artificial sugar/stevia taste? Not at all! Once you shake it up and let the bubbles settle, the consistency is almost like water. I do get the occasional clumps in it even with my mixer ball, but that’s not a big deal to me. It’s not gritty and blends very nicely with water. The only thing that is a little bothersome for me is when I drink an entire bottle, the skin on my lips feels a little rough, probably from the whey, but that’s nothing a little lip scrub can’t fix. As far as its performance, I drink this after I workout and I must say, it helps a ton with recovery! I’m not as sore as I usually am and I do notice a little bit of bulk/tone in my muscles, so I think that this is very worthwhile! I will definitely be on the lookout for this so that I can buy more. I love this stuff!

Definitely follow the instructions and wait 1 minutes after shaking for the foam to settle down. Use ice cold water for best taste. There’s no strong smell. The packaging is light and comes with a scooper inside for easy use and storage.

It's great for in between meals as it's high protein, low calorie, and no added sugar supplement. It helps body repair, hydrates, reduces hunger, and sugar cravings and crashes. It tastes like a lemonade without the bitterness and so easy to prep, just shake it. The best part about it is that it's light, refreshing and lactose free. It is clear low carb protein with 25 g of protein in each scoop. I love that. It's citrate lemonade flavor so I don't taste as much of a powder more of a flavor. It doesn't have many ingredients healthwise. It was easy to make it was actually fun to make. You can see my video that I posted. Honestly once does a great amount and I'm gonna also try with some fruits to make it a little bit more healthier.

For such a high protein powder to only have 90 calories and such a low carb content you can't beat it! Not only are the macros good, there are minimal ingredients which make me feel confident in my health journey. I love that the flavor is light and refreshing rather than other heavy dessert like protein powders. While it did take quite a bit of shaking and mixing for it to dissolve, once it was thoroughly mixed it's delicious. There is very minimal whey protein aftertaste and it just feels like a refreshing lemonade. I can see myself grabbing this as a go to protein choice to fill in the gaps in my diet!

Although I was pleasantly surprised when I found that the drink tasted like a nice crisp lemonade. It took an average of 20 minutes for the product to complete dissolve and I utilized a shaker bottle with 14 ounces of water. I think next time I will add more water because it was fairly concentrated. Considering how big the scoop is and how many servings you get with the product I think the value is fair. It did keep me feeling fuller and the calories content is low.
