    An easy way to boost health & rest.

    I first learned about the many benefits of mouth tape from an MD/wellness doctor, whose advice is some of the best I've heard. She uses mouth tape herself for several reasons - to improve sleep quality, encourage nose breathing (much healthier for the body than mouth breathing), prevent dry mouth and morning sore throat, cut down on snoring, encourage proper jaw alignment, etc. I've tried a couple kinds, and this one is really good. The tape is comfortable to wear and doesn't irritate my lips when I take it off in the morning. I wear the "X" tape horizontally, but you can also use it vertically. Good value, too. I like this so much I ended up stocking up, since it can be hard to find.

    GLUE TOO STRONG AND LEAVES RESIDUE

    I have been using this style of mouth tape for a couple of years now, but this is the first time that I purchased this brand. I made the mistake of purchasing 4 boxes and now have to throw them away because Target will not allow me to return 3 of them. I opened one of the boxes and started using but the glue on the tape if very strong an actually painfull to remove in the morning. Also the tape leave a LOT of glue residue behind on my skin - which can't be good. Other brands are much lighter and still manage to stay on all night so I don't understand why these are so "heavy duty" - unless they simply use the wrong type of glue for attaching to skin. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

    CPAP users will love

    This stuff is awesome. I have been on the hunt for cost effective CPAP tape that won't hurt my face but is effective and this does it all. 10/10 recommend . Can use either direction of the X and it works . I'm sleeping better and waking up with very little dry mouth compared to my jaw dropping completely and sucking the humidity up from the water chamber.

    Might as well just use duct tape. Adhesive doesn’t stay on. Just do duct tape. 😂
