That said, you may certainly try experimenting with how you may be able to tolerate the capsules—any method in which you can preserve the 2-in-1 ViaCap® capsule would be perfectly fine. A: The daily dosage for DS-01® is two capsules per day (which includes 53.6B AFU + 400mg Indian Pomegranate). DS-01® can be taken any time of day—consistent daily intake is most important. We generally recommend taking the capsules together, but feel free to space it out if that works better for your routine.

That said, if your home is warmer than 79 °F for extended periods of time we do recommend considering refrigeration in a well-sealed container to avoid exposure to moisture. We also suggest keeping a close eye for moisture build-up if you do choose to refrigerate your capsules.
