Just what I wanted! I used the Nest devices for several years and they presented problems. When Google stopped supporting my thermostats, I searched for a more user friendly device and came upon this model. It is not a "learning thermostat", which I did not want, but is one that enables me to control it via wi-fi from either my computer or my phone. It gives the information feed-back I want and seems to be controlling the temps very well. The houses stay very comfortable, and maintain the desired temps, unlike the Nest devices. I do wish it had a setting that would notify me when to change the A/C filters, but a pen and paper can do that if I can remember to look. With that said, this is an excellent thermostat. I'm very happy with them and have installed them in multiple residences. Great Job,Honeywell!!

Using the App, you can change all the essential features like the temperature, fan, and schedule. Essentially, everything I might need to change if I was away from my house. If you want to set up email notifications for temperature or humidity levels being outside a certain range, you must login to the website since there doesn't seem to be any way to do this in the App. I couldn't find any instructions or help online to set notifications, so I opened every option on the website and found this capability hidden. This is where you can find it at mytotalconnectcomfort.com: 1) Choose the "Control Center" tab at the top. 2) Choose "Menu" on the next page in the lower right corner. 3) Choose the "Settings" tab on the next page and make your choices on the Notifications Setup screen. So far the thermostat is working well. I've had it for a few months and it's following my schedule without any issues. Finally, most utility companies offer a rebate on wifi enabled smart thermostats so don't forget to check on this. Hope this helps!

This device does not connect to Alexa or Google Home. It is not recognized and we've not been able to find a workaround or "fix" to allow it to even though it's still advertised as being capable of doing so.

This is an excellent thermostat, the display case is big enough to be able to see eveything. The only drawback is the screen itself is a bit hard to push the buttons. I use a stylus pen which helps a lot. But you can also use the program and your phone or computer to adjust the programs and the temperatures

I purchased this thermostat because of its programmable capabilities, and it sat on a table for awhile due to my fear of installation abilities. Once I opened the box and read the instructions, I was plea sees to find how easy it was instal. Has been working well for me.

I like the WiFi application, but since I live in a mountainous area, sometimes we have power interruptions and since there is no battery backup or capacitor, the thermostat loses its settings.

The temperature is not accurate. It is at least 3 degrees cooler than the thermometer reads. Not calibrated correctly. I had to pay a lot to have it installed or I would return it

I have tried for over a month to get it to follow a schedule. It starts out well, but halfway between wake and sleep it goes to sleep. No matter what I have tried, it doesn't obey commands.
