Color is way off
Idk if I got one from a bad batch or what.. but it’s unusable. I got brunette which is a dark espresso brown on their swatches in store (and I’ve bought this color in their other pencil type for years) expecting it to be a perfect match or slightly darker than my natural brows. I start to use it (straight on my brows ofc) and it’s BARELY a dirty blonde color. If this is the true color for brunette, they need to really re-do their color guide and I’d probably have to go straight to black!

it's a really nice brow pencil, great to make hair strokes but the color is so off.. I got espresso an it's a warm brown. Definitely doesn't match other espresso pencils I've gotten an doesn't match the color on the box.

When the NYX Precision Brow Pencil appeared to be discontinued, I really wasn’t sure how I would replace that holy grail. I have thick eyebrows but sections that are more bare from over tweezing and I need something with a precise tip. The blade and shade might be even better than the precision. Instead of being long and flat, the tip is short, flat and angled. This really allows me to follow the curves of my natural brows to make an outline. I fill in only the tails with this product and then go in with a felt tip pen type product to create natural looking brush strokes in the inner portion of the brow. That’s very extra but I like how it looks. But I think you could get away with using only this product if you like your brows to be fully shaded/filled in. The black shade isn’t too dark to where it looks unnatural.

I was using another product that I liked but was twice the price by Glossier. I had to find another brand because this 'high end' brand's white paint on the pencil would chip and flake on my face. I needed a soft muted taupe brown, and I found it with NYX. I'm never going back.

This pencil is okay. I have sparse brows and this pencil doesn’t give enough coverage for me. Also the blonde doesn’t match my hair very well. Would probably work better for those with thicker eyebrows.

It is a great product. Goes on smooth a creamy. Easily manipulated for coverage but the espresso was still a little yo brown for my brows. This formula needs another one that is a shade slightly darker.
