    Clean and Green.

    Great Plant based protein source. I’ve worked in the natural/organic foods and supplements industry for a few decades and Plant Head is my choice these days. It’s as close as I can find to a balanced plant protein mix without buying all the ingredients myself. Cheers!

    Overall a great product. Balanced plant based protein. Would give 5 stars if it contained more organic ingredients and used true cacao powder instead of natural chocolate flavor with other natural flavors. I do give a thumbs up for the non GMO project verification.

    Great tasting plant protein mix

    We have been purchasing Vanilla and Chocolate Planthead for several years. My husband likes the convenience of a mobile breakfast, while I appreciate the dairy, whey isolate free protein base. It blends really well with soy and nut milks.

    Pea protein without the green shake taste!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been purchasing Plant Head vanilla and chocolate flavors for several years. My husband likes the high protein convenience of a shake as his mobile breakfast and I like the pea protein base, absent of any whey isolate or dairy derivatives. The flavors are authentic and mix really well with plant based dairy alternatives.

    Love this one too

    I was hesitant to try the vanilla because of bad reviews, but am glad I did. I do add some frozen fruit. I do not find it too sweet or too grainy. I mix in a blender or with a stick blender. Stirring with a spoon or fork is not enough.

    I mix my shake with a stick blender or in the regular blender and find the consistency to be good There is some small amount of graininess, but it doesn't bother me at all. Great with a banana or almond butter added.

    Best vegan protein for athletes

    I have been using this Plant Head protein for months now and couldn't be happier. I'm an endurance athlete and use this protein very often post workout. The flavor of the chocolate is great, mixes well with almond milk, non gmo, vegan, and soy free. What more could you ask for in a $20 vegan protein? I'm a repeat buyer and intend on supporting this company for a long time. If you're on the fence about it, I hope this helps.

    Not the best but still good

    I usually use a whey protein powder in my shakes but recently have tried a few different plant-based proteins in order to be more vegan with my lifestyle. While it does not taste bad, it was not my favorite. Flavor is good even if a little gritty. It mixes OK although clumps a tiny bit (might not clump if using a blender instead of a hand whisk) and I did not have any digestive issues. I really like the price and that it's non-GMO and free of anything that I might not want to consume. I like the product and would buy again for price if nothing else.

    Fine for a powder

    This product taste better than others, but still has that powder taste to it, but you can't get away from that with powders. It's good when mixed with a chocolate almond milk, but mix it really well. Nother thing I hate about powders.

    Yummy for Smoothies

    I have tried a lot of vanilla proteins and this one is very good. It mixes easily, has a combo of brown rice, pea and hemp proteins, no artificial sweetners and all natural non GMO. Gluten free. The price is great here. 30+ servings.
