Description

Safely ride rear-facing longer! The Graco Extend2Fit 3-in-1 Car Seat offers 3 modes of use to grow with your child from rear-facing harness (4-50 lb) to forward-facing harness (26.5-65 lb) to highback booster (40-100 lb)**. It features a 4-position extension panel that provides up to 5” of extra rear-facing legroom, allowing your child to safely ride rear-facing longer. Children are safer riding rear-facing and should ride rear-facing as long as possible, until they reach the maximum rear-facing height or weight rating for their car seat. With Extend2Fit, the adjustable extension panel and 50 lb rear-facing weight limit allow the seat to grow with your child in rear-facing mode, providing extended rear-facing use. The seat features the No-Rethread Simply Safe Adjust Harness System, which allows you to adjust the height of the headrest and harness in one motion, and InRight LATCH for a one-second LATCH attachment. Harnessing is made easier with fuss-free harness storage pockets that conveniently hold the harness out of the way while you get baby in and out of the car seat. Q: Until what age can a child use this seat ?

  • A: It is not about the age, it is about the weight and height of the child, and if the shoulder belt sits correctly against their anatomy. If the child is 12 but only 40lbs and 40inches, they still need to be in a booster. Each state is different on exact laws, so please check with your pediatrician and state laws.

Intuitive and easy setup!

Nice Carseat

I love how easy the straps are to adjust the height, the reclining options, the foot space extender, and how it can be rear or front facing. My main complaint is that I wish the cover were easier to remove for cleaning without taking out the whole seat. Which brings me to my second complaint which may not be entirely Graco’s fault, but since we got this car seat, my daughter now struggles with getting carsick even though she didn’t before. I don’t know if it has to do with a change in her field of vision or a change in posture or some combination of things. But she has thrown up twice during long rides and whines and fusses while in the seat. I’m hoping she can get used to it and that this isn’t a long term problem. Installation is pretty standard for car seats. The padding is good. I like the should pads that come with it. I like how the harness adjusts with the headrest. And it seems reasonably stable.

My 1yr old seems more comfortable especially with the reclining and the padding is great in this one. Will definitely be a rebuy! It’s definitely worth the money and better than others we have tried and I love the pockets on the sides for the harness clips makes it a lot easier getting in and out and I love the stability!

Great Carseat
