Used once and it stopped working. Contacted the manufacturer who had a money back guarantee. Several steps to do to access that guarantee over many weeks, leaving me without a razor but they finally did honor it and reimburse me for the non-functional product.

Not Rechargable.
There seems to be confusion with this product, with Braun "expert" noting it is a rechargable razor, and listing is wrong. The listing is correct. You need two AA batteries. The product does come with some off market batteries but I wouldn't dare use them. I'll need to get some before I can fully review product. I've included a photo of the battery case. Probably on the pricey side for a regular battery operated razor.

Disappointed!
I bought this 6 months back and it was working wonderfully and all of the sudden now its not turning on! I tried changing batteries and what not! It turns on without the cap and with the gap it doesn’t! I am so disappointed that I wasted money on this one!

Big ouch.
If I could give 0/5 stars I would. Pinched me in a sensitive area so hard it took a chunk of skin and made me bleed a lot. I’ve never had a trimmer pinch like that. Very disappointed because before it pinched me it was providing a nice close shave.

I’m not happy with this razor. It doesn’t get as close as a bladed razor. I’m always left with stubble. Disappointing.

Mediocre at best
The first 2-3 times I thought this product was fine - nothing amazing but got the job done. It’s gone down hill since. Shaves were progressively much less effective as time went on, even after replacing the batteries. 5 months after purchasing it, it literally just fell apart in my hands. I’ve pieced it back together but it pops apart frequently now and is a royal pain. I’m outside the 90 day return window but even if I could get it replaced I don’t think it’d be worth it. There’s got to be better options out there.

I would not recommend this. The whole thing was complicated and uses 2 AA batteries. It is supposed to be wet/dry but looks like an accident waiting to happen. I will be returning this item.

After the second use, I pressed the button to remove the top and clean as instructed and the whole thing fell apart. I could not put it back together so I am returning it.

Hurt me and now im scared
It cut me pretty bad on the first use, and now I’m scared to use it. When I do use it I have to be very slow careful which is really not ideal and quite annoying. I originally bought one off TikTok shop and that one has never hurt me once so when I used this one and it cut me right away I was shocked. Not worth it maybe unless you’re well versed in electric razors .
