Do not buy. Not as described.
These are garbage. They are not insulated at all. The light shines right through them. Waste of money. Not worth the money at all. Thin flimsy fabric. Would return them but husband doesn’t want to hassle w taking them down. Going to pin old real insulated drapes over them.

Not Worth It If You Need Total Darkness
I was excited for these curtains, but they do not block out the sunlight as advertised. Even with both panels closed, I can still see bright light coming through. I ordered them specifically for blackout performance, but they are nowhere near true blackout. They’re nice quality fabric, but if you need real light blocking, these won’t do the job.

I bought these because my husband works night shift. It is definitely not 100% black out curtains. I just placed it side by side with our old curtains and you can clearly see the sun coming through. It has a blackout meter on the packaging that says it’s a level 4 but it’s more like a 3. It’s darkening but not completely blackout.

I am mortified
I keep my wood blind a bit open because I have a cat and if the are completely down she will break them so I add curtains to still keep privacy in my main bedroom. It’s day light and I can see the side walk with the new panels. As you can see in the picture my middle curtains was my old curtain. The once purchase are the side panels

Light blocking, not blackout
These curtains make my room dark enough for me to sleep comfortably in the mornings, but they're definitely not blackout. I love the way the fabric feels and looks, and they're a good size for my window (make sure to measure beforehand). I would not recommend if you are looking for something that will completely darken a room, but in my opinion it's good enough quality for the price.

Not what I would consider 100% blackout because with the sun right on the window. You still get a minute (my-noot) amount of light. Not enough to deter our move watching which is why we bought them. I don't recommend thinking you can see in the dark, because they do make the room pretty dark.
