    Honestly really disappointed with bubble products at the moment. The pump was broken when i opened it. Seems like it may be missing the straw? The bottle design makes it super hard to get out without the straw/pump part. Not sure if I’m going to be able to even use the product. This also happened with the other eye lotion from the bubble brand that I bought. Which tells me it’s not a one off experience.

    Does nothing, pump design is a mess

    Deceiving, wasteful & unuseful packaging

    Let me start by saying the cream itself was ok. I don't like the packaging - there couldn't have been more than a marble-sized amout of lotion in the bottle a size of a shot glass. I couldn't tell I was running low, since there is no way of telling & you would expect this to last longer than a month. When I opened it up, I thought that I must have lost the straw to the pump, but instead found that the actual cream container within the bottle is smaller than a thimble. If the company would have used a different packaging I wouldn't have been so frustrated. Not only is this deceiving, but you don't know when it's running out & they are causing more plastic waste by making a bottle that is easily 7-times bigger than the actual amount of product within it.
